We stayed in a private room with a balcony that had a breathtaking view of the nearby cathedral. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to the Sao Bento metro station. the communal areas were clean and comfortable, and it was easy to meet other travelers. the beds were comfy, with curtains for added privacy, and the AC kept the room cool.
I wish there was a separate changing area in the bathroom.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with AC, curtains, and lockers. the common areas were modern and clean, and there was even an elevator. Plus, we enjoyed the free sangria at 8pm every day.
The lack of a dedicated coworking space made it difficult for digital nomads like us to work from the hostel. there was no soap provided in the shower stalls, which was surprising.

We had an amazing stay at Lost Inn. the breakfast was delicious with soft rolls and fresh options. the staff was super friendly and always there to help. the location was perfect, right behind Sé cathedral, which made it a great starting point for our Camino walk. the hostel had spacious dorm rooms, even the 10-12 bed dorms, which is a rare find. There was plenty of space between the beds, curtains for privacy, and even shelves and sockets. We also loved the free sangria in the evenings, a nice touch to meet new people. the hostel attracted a mixed age group, creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. the big well-equipped kitchen and proximity to the old town, bridge, metro station, and train station were also big pluses. Cons: Nothing, all was good 😊.

The staff are extremely responsive and helpful in addressing any issues. The hostel is located in a perfect location, right in the middle of the city, making it easy to get around. The facilities are new and sparkling clean.
The wifi, especially in the common areas, can be unreliable at times. It would also be great to have more hooks in the bathrooms.

The location of the hostel is absolutely perfect. It is right in the heart of the city, next to a metro station - Sao Bento - making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. it is right beside the Cathedral, which adds to the charm and beauty of the surroundings.
The WiFi in the common areas can be sporadically glitchy, and at times, unreliable in the individual pods.
